This is a fully attended talk, hosted by HH Judge Kramer, and given by the Hon. Mr Justice Waksman, on the new regime under the Building Safety Act 2022, that is of particular use to all the professionals involved in property work, from solicitors and barristers to landlords, tenants, developers and construction professionals.
